Open youth work is a separate field of learning in which young people have a unique opportunity to achieve learning success outside of formal educational institutions. It is therefore our goal to consciously perceive this educational function. We see ourselves as an institution that is fundamentally open to all young people in all walks of life and provides them with resources to achieve their own goals and provides them with advice. We also see the diverse support and support in the development of young people as an essential goal of our facility. We provide assistance with problems and conflicts and see ourselves as a permanent contact or point of contact. We want to understand young people as they are, with their borderline experiences and their individuality. It is important not to see them as a disruptive factor in society, but to offer them opportunities and resources where they can experience themselves.

Young people of different ages learn from each other and support each other.
In principle, it is based on the current needs of the visitors. With a few exceptions (excursions, special events, holiday programs), the offers in the youth club do not take place at fixed times on fixed days. Rather, they are based on the current needs of the visitors and can be used and designed flexibly. The following offers are available to young people at any time in the youth club:
Community activities: creative activities, cooking, card and board games.
Individual offers: support with personal, school and professional problems, homework, applications and the search for an apprenticeship.
