Procedure in the event of illness of a student

The legal guardians excuse their children at least 2 hours before the start of the lesson

If this excuse is missing, the secretariat tries to reach the legal guardians by telephone.

The secretariat enters this information in the teacher app and also notifies the teacher so that this can be entered in the class register. i.e. all teachers are obliged to check the presence of the students at the beginning of each lesson and to make a note of this in the class register. After three days, the class teacher must have a written excuse, otherwise the child will continue to be absent without an excuse.

If you are going to be away for a longer period of time, it makes sense to get a medical examination, which makes it possible to present a medical certificate to the training center.
