Dear Parents,
dear students,
dear visitors,
please observe the hygiene regulations in our house.
We ask that you only come to our house in good health.
1. Mask requirement (cancelled)
Please only come into the building with a face mask.
In the building, there is a permanent obligation to wear masks for people and schoolchildren aged 6 and over.
All students must wear mouth and nose protection. The masks must not be removed. The masks are also worn during breaks.
2. Hygiene
For your safety, fever will be measured on each floor and you will be asked to disinfect your hands.
All students also always wash their hands in the washrooms before the start of class; washing hands also applies after breaks.
Please make your child aware of the distance rules (1.5 metres) and the sneeze rules (sneeze into the crook of your arm).
3. Symptoms of illness
If you/your child are ill, you or your child may not come to us. Please call us before the appointment/lesson.
If a positive corona case occurs in the family, you/your child must stay at home and our educational institution must be informed immediately.
4. Registration and classes in the educational institution
Please only come to the educational institution if you have registered. Arrange meetings with the teachers or the secretaries by telephone or e-mail.
Unfortunately, we cannot promise that our classes will go as planned in the coming months. For example, there may be cutbacks or closures if children or employees fall ill. If lessons are cancelled, the children have to study at home. You will then receive learning material from the teachers.
Should a student show a positive test result, immediate action will be taken.
An FFP2 mask will be issued to the student, parents will be notified by the Executive Principal or Educational Director to collect their child or give us permission to release the child home if able.
We would like to point out to every student that, of course, no public transport may be used.
The diagnosis must now be confirmed or disproved as quickly as possible using a PCR test.
At the same time, a five-day cohort requirement is imposed on the class. This means that a mask must be worn throughout school, that every student tests himself daily, that every lesson and every break has to be spent in the classroom. This separation is also maintained during the learning and study time as well as the pedagogical offer.
Please note, dear parents, that after your child has recovered from the illnessheit is only allowed to go back to the integration and education center as soon as a negative PCR test is available!
